How do I become part of the community?
Subscribe to our weekly newsletters and devotionals, we will also be sending news on events and gatherings that we will have as a community.
What is the returns policy?
We do not offer a return option, however if you receive a damaged item, email us at info@hesaidiam.co.za with your order details and pictures of the damaged item. Tarnishing over time is unfortunately not considered a fault and does not qualify for exchanges.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We use Courier Guy for shipping. The standard shipping which takes 5 to 8 business days costs R100. We also have express shipping which takes 3 to 5 business days which cost R150.
